Join Octavia Calthorpe for a breathwork session that is designed for you to reset, down-regulate, create a clear state of mind and connect back to the world around you.

Octavia Calthorpe is a breathwork therapist and life coach based in London. Since 2017 she has trained in America, the UK and Ireland in various modalities of breathwork including Oxygen Advantage and Conscious Connected Breathwork. Octavia is determined to reaffirm inner empowerment in the day-to-day experiences of my clients by using simple, effective and accessible avenues for people to unearth the multitude of benefits of breathwork. Octavia spends her days teaching her clients to reconnect to the power of their breath to help relieve emotional issues, improve physical health and connect more deeply to their inner wisdom and the beautiful world we live in. She is determined to help people connect back to the power they have inside – their breath — and in doing so connect back to themselves and our beautiful planet.

Breath with Octavia: Self-Love & Compassion: Nourishing yourself

The heart of winter invites us to go inward and care for ourselves. Use breathwork to connect with the heart and cultivate self-love, compassion, and emotional healing. Breathwork Technique: Light, slow, deep breathing followed by a Heart-Centered Breathing.

Breath with Octavia: Rebirth and renewal for grounding and setting intention

A 15 minute practice focusing on deep, slow breaths that connect you to the earth. In a time of new beginnings, reflection, and setting clear intentions, use breathwork to release the old and invite in fresh energy for the year ahead. We will explore Box Breathing to calm the mind and create space for new intentions. Followed by a 5 minute grounding practise using a body scan to connect you to the present moment. Inducing a state of calm making time for reflection.

Breath with Octavia: Winding down for winter

A 30 minute session working with the winter solstice; Winter Solstice is the great stillness before the Sun's strength builds, and days grow longer. Using your breath as a tool to move you into this space of rest and reflection. Practice includes light slow deep breathing as well as humming and a winter meditation.
