Sierra Campbell is an Elder Care and End-of-Life Educator committed to transforming how we view and experience aging and end-of-life care. After founding home health and wellness services in assisted living homes in the United States post-college, Sierra supported over 100 elders during their final years. This deep experience highlighted the critical need for proactive and compassionate aging preparedness. In response, Sierra takes a holistic approach that emphasizes early engagement (when possible), vitality, joy, and strong community connections. As a cancer survivor and experienced end-of-life guide, Sierra draws from her own journey and decades of study in yoga and Tibetan Buddhism to offer transformative support. She empowers individuals and families to navigate aging, loss of independence, and mortality with compassion and clarity. By blending spiritual insight with practical care, Sierra fosters meaningful conversations and deep connections during life's most profound transitions.
