Andy has doctorates in Ecology, and in the Study of Religion, has squatted trees to prevent the construction of new roads, is a folk musician, and is the author of Shroom: A Cultural History of the Magic Mushroom. He has contributed chapters for Graham Harvey’s Handbook of Contemporary Animism, and for Kinship: Belonging in a World of Relations edited by Gavin Van Horn, Robin Wall Kimmerer and John Hausdoerffer
