The Earth and Her Seeds

What is Druidry? We begin with the story of Airmid, daughter of the Irish god of healing, we look at the layered history of Druidry, the myths about its origins, and the fictions that have grown up around it.

The Call of the Forest

The word Druid means ‘Oak Seer’ or ‘Forest Sage’ and Druids have always met in clearings in the woods: sacred groves. Here, we explore the Ogham woodland alphabet, often known as the Tree language of the Druids.

Journey to the Oldest Animals

Druids seek both the sudden epiphany of enlightenment and the slow maturing of wisdom. We learn about Druid animal lore and how we can work with animals as our allies.

The Three Kinds of Magic

We explore the three kinds of magic and the two elixirs used in Druidry, and the basic skills required to work with Druid ritual, so that we can develop a practice that works for us.

The Wheel of the Year

Eight times a year, Druids participate in a celebration that expresses this love. Here we dive into the folkore and deeper meanings of this practice.

Singer, Shaman, Sage

There are three schools of Druidry: of the Bards, Ovates & Druids. Each helps to evoke and enliven a different need within us.
